Wait, didn't Trump come up with the idea of the mental competency test for himself ? To prove he was a stable genius with a test for first graders and head trauma victims?

I know he took a cognitive test. And I know he supported mental Competency tests for President's just recently.

The fact he passed with passing colors speaks volumes about the difficulty level of the head trauma victim test. That said, I'm pretty sure Biden would not get a perfect score after napping thru it.

Biden complied with the emoluments clause. The cognitive test was Trump's whim and the Montreal test should not be the standard for presidential mental fitness.
