This is Steven, that dude from Strangled Red for those confused about the character. As for the "What is the truth?" bit, it's a joke on a small inconsistency regarding Steven's hair color throughout the three pastas focused around him (Strangled Red, Strangled, and Door's Open). In Door's Open, we get an explicitly stated hair/eye color for Steven. However, in the same description, his hair is called both brown, and amber. Due to Strangled/Door's Open being written a year before their far more popular prequel, the common design for Steven is black hair. I can't remember if his hair is described as black in SR, but it's the fandom-agreed color. Due to the original creator of the SR trilogy being missing, we may never know the truth if this idiot's hair color. It's funny to meme about tho :)
