Actually, It's from a movie called Upside Down Magic. It's about this girl who can do magic but it's not the traditional magic. She can do multiple types of magic and when she does it, it never comes out right so she's put in the outcasts but she keeps trying to be treated normally. It's a pretty good movie. It has nothing to do with furries though.
