The entirety of msmg will hate me for this, but I'll say it anyway. Have you seen the classic "big nosed, hunchback, money loving" villain in any shows you've seen as a kid? Well those are based off stereotypes and being shown to young minds. Ethan would bring kids away from those, because he belongs to the group people stereotype "big nosed and money loving" to. And he's actually really nice.
