Thank you for asking! After I fed all the local pigeons some taco bell and "painting the city white," I asked myself, "Fugi-dove, how can you top yourself" as I looked out at the bird feces covered buildings.

Then it hit me, a large pinata that floats, and the population has to pop it however they plead!
