IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
From the start (Cycle 19), head to Sky Islands immediately. You can either get the shelter at the gate, or try to make it to the shelter nearest the Orange Lizard tunnel room. I suggest the former, as you don't want a death before sheltering for the first time.
After that, you head to the shelter nearest the Orange Lizard tunnel, and save there. Try to get a Vulture mask before sheltering there, as you'll probably need it.
Head to the room with 2 Cyan Lizards and 2 Orange Lizards. Make sure to bring your Vulture mask and at least 1 Mushroom. Run past the lizards with your mask and your Mushroom in hand, and head into the room with the tedious jump. This is probably the worst / hardest part of the run. For the first jump, just go up and do a pounce, close to the edge of the platform. For the second jump, stand on the right side of the little block thing, make sure you're facing left, crouch down, eat the Mushroom, tap right a few times, and pounce. Pray that you make the jump. After you make the jump, take a spear if you want, and head to the right. In the next room, go in the pipe to the right (The one on the floor), head down, jump off the pole (To the right), grab onto the other one, and climb up. Head into the next room (Upwards), and use a throw-boost while jumping off the tall pole to reach the next room (Near the center of the room), and shelter there. Next cycle, head back up, kill and eat a Squidcada or two, and head to the right. There, you'll make a few easy jumps and then head to the right. Make sure you have two spears here. Head up and to the right, and enter the next room. Make the last jump. Make sure you don't fall off the edge; there's some wonky collision on the edge of the left platform. Now, head to the right. Head into the Chimney Canopy gate (3 Karma) and shelter on the Chimney side. Next cycle, head through the top of Chimney Canopy. Don't go up or down in the room with 4 connections, go to the rightmost room. Now, make the first 2 pounces
and continue to the last jump. Do 1 throw-boost while pouncing from the edge of the platform, and hold right and up. After you make that jump, run to the right as quickly as possible. If you don't have enough food pips to hibernate, get the Popcorn Plant near the gate to The Wall. Go through the gate (4 Karma) and hibernate in the shelter at the bottom. Next cycle, head all the way up The Wall in 1 cycle. In the room with the large circular thing, head through the circle-thing to get up. Stab the cube thing, and climb up the rest of The Wall. In the room where you have to jump off a few poles to continue, stab the Pole Plant on the left (The pole above an enemy den on the left) and jump over the one on the right. If the screen starts shaking while you're in the room next to the shelter, do NOT go in the shelter. Go up and to the left. Continue up, and leave your things in the Pebbles shelter, but do NOT hibernate there yet. Go and talk to Pebbles first, THEN hibernate in the shelter you put your things in. Next cycle, head to the left, and get the Echo at the top of The Wall. Then, head back down The Wall, and shelter at the bottom. Go and get the Chimney Canopy Echo, then head down Chimney Canopy (all in one cycle) and head into Industrial Complex. Head down the tall Industrial Complex room, and go to the left. Hold down. Go into the shelter, and hibernate there (Also, make sure to get enough food pips to hibernate BEFORE you get there). Then, head to Shaded Citadel (The far right side of Industrial Complex) and head to the shelter in the almost pitch-black room. Hibernate there, and then go to the right. I suggest you hibernate in the next shelter, as you might die a few times here. Head to the tall Citadel room, and hibernate there. If you're at max Karma (Which you need to be to get the Echo), go and get the Shaded Citadel Echo. After that, go through the long, dimmed room to the right, and head to Shoreline. Hibernate in the shelter on the Shoreline side (If you don't have enough food pips, get the Popcorn Plant in the next Shoreline room.) Next cycle, head all the way down Shoreline, and make it to Moon's room in 1 cycle. Spit out the Green Neuron Fly you have, make sure it touches Moon, and leave the room a few seconds after it touches Moon. Quickly hibernate. You've successfully revived Moon. Now, head to the 2nd closest shelter to the Subterranean gate. Head to the Subterranean gate, and shelter in Subterranean. Next cycle, head to the shelter near Filtration System, and hibernate there. It's past the Albino Leviathan room, by the way. Now, head to Filtration System and hibernate there. Make sure you hibernate in the shelter closest to Depths. Finally, go to Depths and finish the game. -Me
