like, I have a few about salvation memorized (need more), a few on God's word, which I'm pretty well covered for what I want right now, but it's the ones on heavier doctrine that I either only have the references memorized, or just don't know at all

why do you memorize it if you can't understand it?

i dont know too much about translations throughout the quran, but hte 30th part has the shortest chapters (which is why all kids are intorduced on it) and mostly revolves around the afterlife, what will happen to the (non)believers, etc

because we need to recite quran in our prayers
its part of the structure for salah (also known as namaz), our prayers to be prayed at designated times and in designated ways
no one speaks english during salah
