I hope I'm wrong, but this is what it looks like at this point.

One day, the right people are going to get elected, systematic and corporate greed and cronyism will be gone, common sense and virtue will come back with a vengeance, and everything will be back to how it used to be, just fine and dandy, before the Great Recession.
