Kinda a coincidence that there's a Glaceon named Frost with a red scarf in the PKM-150 Comics, and I'm pretty sure Frost here doesn't actually know about it, so its a complete coincidence.

So you didn't actually watch the whole series yet? It's a-tier writing, I also saw they made added voices an even animations for the first few episode on the YT version, seriously I hope somebody makes an anime adaptation of this.
