Backstory: A former agent for the U.S. CIA, he lost his arm in combat in which it was replaced by a cybernetic enhanced one. He joined Talon as the 6th member years later.

Surge Pistol: With a magazine of 20 rounds, it can fire short bursts of 2 charged bullets at once, or it can hold a charge for a short period of time and fire a ball of charged power that will explode upon contact. (costs 5 ammo)
Left Arm + Chakram: His cybernetic arm is very similar to Monsoon's from MGR, however instead of dual sais he wields a single energy chakram that he crafted a few years after he lost his arm. It can be thrown and called back to him on command as well as used for melee combat.
Abilities:
Passive
X-Ray: He can see enemies through walls within a 7 meter radius.
Wall Run: He can run along walls thanks to his agility, but not for a very long time.
Special
Grab: His left arm can extend to a maximum of 6 meters to grab enemies and pull them closer for better combat. Has a 12 second cooldown if it grabs someone, 5 second cooldown if he doesn't.
Throw: His chakram can be thrown and will bounce off walls for about 4 seconds before being called back to him. Has a 7 second cooldown.
Ultimate
Search and Destroy: His left hand alone will detach and hold the chakram as it goes on a killing spree, traveling 3 meters per second and one-shotting nearby enemies for about 5 seconds before being called back. Must be close to enemies in order to use, will not go for the Widowmaker that's sitting on a ledge just out of the 6 meter radius.
Best ally on the team: Sombra as she and the hero are a tag team: He managed to distract an enemy while Sombra hacks into them, allowing both Sombra and the hero to take down the enemy.
Counter: Literally any tank that can mow him down.
