The MSMG Decree did involve one minor thing meant to help communities affected that wasn't anarchy, and that was any laws passed that may interfere with regional law may stand as long as it is deemed necessary. This has backfired, though, as now Aaaa's very popular Naturist Party government has said that the ban on public indecency prosecution will be "needed permanently"
