well until either side is confirmed it's better to defend the accuser because if you don't and the allegations are true you defended a horrible person, also it's basically confirmed from his reaction to everything

if you defend the accused you will be defending a potential pedo/groomer/sexual predator, and if it turns out false it makes it harder for people who are telling the truth to get the word of their situation out, either way it's a bad outcome if you defended the accused
