Blowing the whistle

I remember in elementary school this cafeteria monitor (idk what their called but their those annoying asses that yell at u for breathing) keeps blowing the whistle every 2 seconds just to get people to stfu, its like I GET IT BUT U DONT NEED TO CAUSE AN ENTIRE DAMN EARRAPE OVER CHILDREN THAT ARE MEANT TO BE ANNOYING AF.
