A SMALL GANG WAS SHOT NEAR ROOVER DAM AFTER THEY WERE FOUND CARRYING PIPE BOMBS SIMILAR TO THE ONES THAT BLEW UP THE GRAND DAM. IN TOTAL, 8 PEOPLE WERE KILLED. THEIR BODIES WERE TOSSED INTO THE ROOVER RESERVOIR.
