Not eating will make it worse bc your body will go into starvation mode:
"OH NO! WE AREN'T GETTING ENOUGH NUTRIENTS!!! HOLD ONTO THAT FAT BOYS, WE'RE GONNA NEED IT!!!"
So try eating healthy snacks like a handful of almonds or baby carrots. That way your body won't panic but you won't be adding anything bad to the system.
I naturally have a slower metabolism, so I gain weight easier, so this is just sorta what I do.
