Sylceon is a fusion, yes, but Sylceon uses it as an oc. That’s the problem.

OC stands for "Original Character". The fusion has been used several thousands of times, so it's not original, therefore, not an OC.

i know what oc means. she uses the fusion as if it was an oc. she makes oc art of it. There is a rule in the pokemon stream that says fusions dont count as OC’s UNLESS they are used like oc’s. Three strikes, sylceon is out.

You post OC’s more frequently than anyone else, and there is also the issue of you having mod and yet breaking the rules you should be enforcing.
