I didn't want to make a full frog design, as to not rip pokemon off, and also to more accurately depict the stages of a frog.

It's sorta based off of later tadpole stages, but mainly off of a cartoon character from Amphibia named Polly.

It could be in a Pokémon game, it’s good :)
