Mean Girls
- The holy grail of my romcom movie collection. In my opinion, it's just fun to watch, really. And tbh, I really am a shameless Regina George apologist. Sorry not sorry.

Also, currently trying to memorize the Jingle Bell rock choreography just so I can randomly start dancing it when I hear it playing.

Pitch Perfect
- Soundtrack is a complete 10/10, legit couldn't get that one cups song out of my head and spent hours trying to do the thing with the cup just to sing it.

Legally Blonde
- I like this movie a lot because it took the whole "dumb blonde" stereotype and turned it on its head. To me, it was nice finally seeing a girly blonde be portrayed as a main character and as a kind and smart person. Personally, I just think Elle Woods would be the description of a female chad. She literally applied for Harvard law and passed just to spite her ex-boyfriend.

- I've actually yet to read the book version, but I just really think this movie is awesome. Inspired me to be a journalist (for a day, then I went back to wanting to be a fiction author.)

Also, I really like how they respected the original material while adding enough to it to make it unique.

A Series Of Unfortunate Events
- Really respects the original books. Every time I rewatch it, I notice more of the clues to the ending right in the beginning. Awesome af.

Knives Out
- I like how the movie makes you think you already know the whole story, and then boom! You were wrong all along!

MUSICALS

Hamilton
- Watched this because my sister wouldn't stop singing the soundtrack. Now I'm the one who sings it and makes references to it non-stop... ("Why do you write like you're running out of time?")

The Greatest Showman
- Where my obsession with circuses started. Also, Zendaya was awesome and the soundtrack was cool.

Matilda (The Musical)
- I really liked the music in this one, and I kind of relate to Matilda a bit too much.

COMEDY

Airplane
- I cannot recommend this movie enough. Laughed so hard it almost killed me.

Monty Python And The Holy Grail
- A lot of popular memes came from this movie and I can see why, it's really iconic and overall just hilarious.
