Is the pic on left the actual packaging?
It looks like a professional job. So is it legal to buy? I’ve seen packaging for less than legal products that look way more amateurish

Yes it is. You can actually buy synthol, is that what Eros did, and also Rich Piana, his inspiration. But mostly of them died, so i'm afraid Eros is the next...

It sounds pretty unhealthy. I kind of speak from experience- I got a staph infection from a picc line- kind like a longer term IV line.
Oil couldn’t be good for injection into the body, and most people who self-inject tend to re-use needles. When I had to self-inject heparin (blood thinner) into my abdomen I was given pre-doses single-use needles. Hospitals don’t reuse needles and there’s good reasons for that.
But smoking anything is a very slow way to kill yourself. My Dad smoked for decades and has emphysema and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). It basically means his arteries have hardened and have blockages. He says it’s 30%, but it’s likely to be at different levels in different arteries. I had 76% blockage in 1 pulmonary artery and some gardening in 3 others. I felt pretty bad and it improved within hours of getting a stent inserted. Mine was caused by transplant- it’s very common after heart transplant. I suspect my Dad’s is just as bad in terms of light headedness and lack of circulation, because he has a few arteries constricted.
This is why I see so many smokers when I do testing at the “cardiac investigations unit” at hospital. The waiting room stinks of cigarettes because a lot of the patients are addicted.
The longer someone smokes, the more they rely on cigarettes and are addicted to them.
In Australia cigarettes are now taxed so much a lot of people buy the illegal imported smokes. But the legal smokes are quality controlled and the illegal smokes still have all sorts of chemicals that are banned in the Australian made ones.

Sorry to hear this. Btw I wouldn't smoke if my dad actually stops smoke, i see him smoke so I have the urge to smoke too. As for Eros, I think he actually risk worse, worse than anyone else, even than me. I can actually stop, he can't remove synthol instead

That’s true about the synthol. Smokers do have a reduced life expectancy, but they generally live past 40. Unless they get an arterial blockage which goes to the brain and have a stroke. I had some of them caused by the mechanical heart pump. Smokers are also more prone to hardening of the heart chambers leading to heart attack. It’s called cardiomyopathy. I had dilated cardiomyopathy but it was due to a genetic mutation. Cancer is also caused by genetic mutation. Unfortunately, products like tobacco and sugar cause genetic damage. That’s why smoking also causes cancer.
Your Dad would find it harder to quit than you would, for sure.
In my country, it used to be legal to buy cigarettes at 16. Now it’s 18. And if you look younger than 25, the seller must ask for ID. My sister kept getting asked for ID when she was over 21, because she looked young and was short. I had friends who could buy alcohol at 15 (legal drinking age 18) because they looked older.
Kids at school here can buy the illegal imported tobacco (it’s illegal to sell it anyway so they don’t care about the age thing). They also buy illegal imported vapes. Same problem- the imported products are brought in from developing countries with all sorts of additives that aren’t allowed in Australia. A few years ago a bunch of local high school kids attacked a vape dealer, stole his vapes and carved a “joker smile” on his face. I’m guessing it was a “run through”- a raid on a dealer’s house by “customers” or rivals. Drug dealers tend to hide their stash and cash in washing machines, freezers and under floorboards/behind wall panelling. Your Dad’s in law enforcement right? I bet he knows where dealers hide their stash in Italy. The different architecture and home layouts might mean different hiding spots.
So making cigarettes and vapes more expensive and harder to get gas limited the supply but created other social and criminal issues. The illegal tobacco and vape trade is run by criminal syndicates.

Wow. Interesting story

Yeah my dad is part of the Italian law enforcement called carabinieri. Tobacco in Italy is legal, but most cigarettes (the less expensive) are half fake and with a terrible taste, and the special forces known as Finanzieri are after people who sell these, so me and my dad buy the real and expensive ones. So smoking it's not risky only for health but also difficult from the economic view

Sounds like Italy has the same problem. Our illegal imported tobacco mostly comes from Asia and the Middle East.
Serious question: how much of the illegally imported tobacco in Europe is transported by the same syndicates that smuggle people from the Middle East?
True story: a family built a business empire by legally importing tobacco products through the Port of Darwin (1990s/2000s?). Darwin (capital city of the Northern Territory) had minimal state sales tax on tobacco. They drove them from Darwin to Adelaide and sold them at their petrol stations. The tax system as changed with Commonwealth (national) GST (like VAT in the UK). But OTR is so big now and claims to be legit.
“On the Run” or OTR.

Not for being mean, but I don't trust asian people that much

We have different views of “Asian”. In Europe, it usually means middle eastern or from the Indian subcontinent. Here it usually means from Southeast Asia.
