He means that all the actors that portrayed as heroes in other movies are portrayed as villains in Marvel movies. Michael Keaton played Batman who was a hero, but in MCU's Spider-man: Homecoming he's Vulture, a villain. Kurt Russell played Steve Stronghold in sky high (I just googled this, I've never heard of Sky High), and he played Ego in MCU's GotG 2, who was also a villain.
