This is funny because the word discord and the site Discord are two very different things, this is called a homophone. The joke is that the word "discord" means "disagreement", which would make it so that the messaging site is "Disagreement". The user that made this post also points out that this would mean the name of the site would suit it, as many people who use Discord are f**king assholes who beat each other up online, which is a subtle nod to MS_memer_group.
