Has anyone seen one of these?

It's actually could be a young grackle, he or she just hasn't developed the feathers an adult one would. But this one has white feather, so maybe it's a little albino?

It could be a hooded crow.
However it looks messy, so perhaps it is a grackle or some sort of crow molting considering that it is the winter. I’ve never seen anything like that.

It looks alright to me. It’s a mutation similar to a horse having white spots
