Arikuzu: *Unsheathes his blade*

Thai: *Just holds out his hand and a large dark gold blast fired out of his palm and hit Arikuzu*

Arikuzu: *You notice his blade had switched to glowing brown and that he's blocked the attack*
"My guess was correct."
*He dashes towards them with immense speed and slashes multiple powerful blows at them*

Thai: *Blocks his slashes with more speed* Typical. *Claws appeared on his fingers and slashed at Arikuzu, then kicked him multiple times and had chains latch onto his feet, then tosses him up and Thai then spun around and kicked him right in the back, sending him really far*

Arikuzu: *He lands onto the ground and his blade switches to a light yellow*
"Sand Storm!"
*A large, aggressive sandstorm begins to form around Arikuzu that follows him around as his slowly approaches Thai*

Thai: *Does some hand signs* -in an ancient language- GOLD GUARD. *A giant golden snake-like dragon appeared behind Thai* Ancient Protection!!!
Gold Guard: *Moves in front of Thai in a signature pose and a large orb formed above them, then a beam shot up and flew down into Arikuzu*

Arikuzu: *He is suddenly no longer there and a large fireball comes flying towards Thai from the side*

*A barrier stopped the fireball and a large beam retaliated*
Thai: -mind: idiot. its called gold guard for a reason- *Approaches Arikuzu*

Arikuzu: *He once again disappears from sight and a continuous gush of sand is launched at Thai, although no noise is made*

Thai: *Jumps up* SHOW YOUSELF. *Slams down into the ground making Arikuru launch into the air and multiple dark gold ki blasts were sent at him midair*

Arikuzu: *Surprised, he looks towards Thai and as his blade turns back to glowing white and he spins it in a circle and is propelled backwards*

*Thai just turned to dust and Thai kicked him into the ground from above, making a giant crater*

Arikuzu: *He dodges before the kick even starts and reflects the dark gold blast*

*A clone suddenly appeared behind him and punched him right in the stomach, then a ki explosion went off when it pushed off of Arikuzu*

Arikuzu: *He chops off their arm before they can hit*

*It just turned to dust*
*Chains lashed him multiple times and Thai flew at him with blinding speeds, kicking him right in the chest*

Arikuzu: *He spins his blade in a circle and launches both himself and Thai away*

Thai: *Approaches walking through the dust that was kicked up* I was created a guardian for a reason. *Rushes at him with intense speed and punches Arikuzu directly in the jaw*

Arikuzu: *He counters with a variety of different attacks, each one faster than the last*

Thai: *Back flipped away* ... *Does a jujitsu, summoning a dark gold curved blade* Ancient blade!! *Spins it around his hand having it shine brightly*

Arikuzu: "Have you finally decided to fight fairly?"

Thai: who said this was fair. *The blade suddenly flashed bronze and a air slash was sent at Arikuzu, which then divided into multiple slashes*

Arikuzu: *He slams his blade into the ground and the air slashes fly off him without a scratch*

*Thai suddenly appeared behind with multiple blades trailing behind him on chains*
Thai: *Slashes his neck and the blades flew at Arikuzu in an intense fury of jabs and slashes, then Thai blasts him away, and the blades floated above him* Deity... Sword! *The swords flew at Arikuzu with blinding speeds*

Arikuzu: *His blade switches to glowing brown as a large pillar of stone blocks the swords and it falls directly onto Thai*

Thai: *Kept up with the attack and slashes him across the chest with his claws, then a large golden hand appeared above him and slammed him into the ground, then cracks glowed beneath him and exploded*

Arikuzu: *He disappears from sight and reappears atop the guardian making sure not to make any noise*

Thai: *Slices it in half and the blade extended, having it like a whip and he swung it multiple times into Arikuzu*

Arikuzu: *When the pillar is sliced in half you notice Arikuzu is gone*

Thai: ....*Ready for anything*

*Chains suddenly latched onto him and slammed him onto the ground*
Thai: *On a pillar that seemed to be made out of stone* There's no running from a fight you started, mortal.

Arikuzu: "Why is this emerald so important to you? What power does it hold?"

Thai: Because it's the only core to keep my home from falling into ruins!! If it gets taken from it's altar this area crumples into debris. I have sworn to protect it no matter the cost. That includes fighting battles like these.

Arikuzu: "And I assume it also is what powers that guard?"

Thai: ...Well you can't have it. *Gets up and his eyes were giving off a luminescent glow of gold* Leave. Now. This emerald is used to keep the souls of guardians safe.

Arikuzu: "Sorry but I was told to get it under any conditions."

Thai: *Laughs and gets up, crossing his arms* Do you have a death wish? No one has managed to get the deity emerald unharmed or alive for thousands of years. Are you really going to risk your life for it?

Arikuzu: "You underestimate my power."
*He walks up to them*

Thai: Yeah, yeah... thats what they all say. *Walks down the steps* I hope you're ready for the fight of your life, human.

Arikuzu: "I see through people such as yourself."
*His blade begins to glow red*

Thai: *Scoffs* we'll see. *A dark gold aura formed around him and dark gold claws formed on his fingers*

Arikuzu: *He mumbles something and the glowing colour switches to white*
"Your move."

Thai: *Chuckles and floats up* I. Am. The Guard. *An aura exploded around him, seemingly powering him up*

Arikuzu: "And what do you plan on doing with me?"

Thai: ...you may call me Thai-Choe.

Arikuzu: "And my name is Arikuzu."

Thai: ....

Arikuzu: "May you let me free?"

Thai: Well. If you leave now. I'll let you live. If you continue to fight and attempt to take the emerald, well... *His eyes flashed gold* you won't want to know what would happen.

Arikuzu: *He pauses for a moment*
"I'll leave. It's best if my life stays intact."

Thai: Good.

Arikuzu: "Before you let me go, what is your name?"

Thai: ...fine. ill let you live. this time. *The chains released him*

Arikuzu: "You have my thanks, what should I tell the people who hired me?"
