When you need to update your computer

I log onto my computer... The computer says it has an update for me; I click update; The computer says I have to put in my password to update; I put in my password; The computer says it can't recognize my password; I resubmit password; The computer gives me one of those "are you a robot?" Tests; I pass and hit update; The computer says it needs me to confirm email; I confirm my email and It finally starts updating but it says the approximate time will be around 14 billion years (or roughly the age of the universe) to complete
