In her hallucination/horror form, her face is completely black, aside from the creepy white smile she has, and her white eyes, with small black pupils.
She has blood ( pink BC I use candy gore) all over her stomach, because that's where she was stabbed

*ahem*
Lavender has waist length brown hair, bangs, and a lump of hair that curls inward on each side (2)
She has a light orange bow on the back of her head ( from the from you can only see the top )
Around her neck, she has a light orange bow with flaps ( those things that dangle from some bows) on the flaps, its striped light orange and white ( white in the middle, light orange on each sides, horizontally ) she has a white and light orange striped shirt ( 7 stripes, exactly) she has a short dark blue jacket that stops around the top of her stomach ( although she is pale and skinny)

I didn't finish-

Her sleeves have a single white stripe on each that goes up to where the cuffs on her sleeves start, and the stripes are on the sides of her arm. The cuffs are ruffly, and stop where her fingers start.
She has a ruffly dark blue skirt, just above her knees she has white socks, and she has black boots that start under her knees

Tatsuta is an inkling boy of light skin and a tentacle color of #AF4A69, and his hair looks like tommyinnits. He has no clothes, only a black cloak covering up to his knees. He doesn't have hands, he has Ilulus claws from miss Kobayashi's dragon maid

So, He is a Howard variant in a universe where eye cult succeeded to conquer the world. And Howard is turned into The Eye Knight. High tech suit with a red Eye on the chest powering the suit. Rotting human flesh leaking from cracks all over the suit. Two red eyes, and a sewed mouth with tentacle-ish tongue, coming out from between the threads used to shut him. Horrifying scream.
