What country did phantom come from? How old is he? Why did he join the military? And what happened to his family?
(Based on your answer i'm going to make a story for phantom)

Phantom came from America
They are 29
They joined the military to serve his country and to have freedom and to make some friends.
Phantom saw his parents die in front of him when he was 10 while walking home and he is an only child.

Alright I think I got a story. Recently phantom joined spec ops after learning his father was a captain and had a role for phantom, after joining the cartel had found a break through, a secret drug underground that sells really well and gives you the best high. They now had a clear pipeline to Mexico, Us, and canada, so the 3 countries teamed up to take down the cartel. Thats were he met Jose, phantom replaced Jose's partner "Danny “Halcón” Morénzo" who joined the cartel after they payed more. Now together they have to take down the cartels.

Hey I almost finished with phantom but I tried something to make him look cooler but it failed and now the whole thing is ruined so i'm trying again so it will take more time, sorry.
