Here’s a possible idea
Sayori and Sephiroth fuse and become Sayoriroth before you start the first act, and instead of being greeted by Sayori at the beginning, you get greeted by your ‘childhood friend’, Sayoriroth. The game continues on before Sayoriroth requests that you join the literature club, where there are three other girls attending the club as well. As soon as you join the club, you end up meeting Monika, Yuri, and Natsuki. Monika is self aware like in the raw unmodded game, but she realizes that she is at a major disadvantage due to the fact that the Sephiroth within Sayoriroth knows the code and could easily overpower Monika with both his physical and mental brawl. That way, when you gently open the door on Monday morning, Sayoriroth will still be alive. Sephiroth’s conscious will temporarily take over Sayoriroth and explain to the player that Monika had planned to force Sayori to want to hang herself but couldn’t because he (Sephiroth) was preventing her from doing so. From there, the player goes into shock and decides to attend club to personally kill Monika. That afternoon, however, Sayoriroth is club president and Monika, Yuri, and Natsuki are nowhere to be seen. On that day, you share your final poem with Sayoriroth before you are directed to the eternal Just Sayoriroth scene, and the game ends once Sayoriroth explains what happened to Monika, Yuri, and Natsuki. From this point forward, you would be stuck sitting in front of Sayoriroth discussing numerous topics of your choice unless you decided to close the game and/or delete it
