Update: the anxiety got worse and when I went to 5th period the door was locked and I tried to knock but no one answered and I had a panic attack in the bathroom and one of the yard aids found me and then it turned out I had to go to the nurse to get my adhd meds and then I had to take a test that I know I faild even though I studied for hours and now I'm typing this
