Information:
An old, abandoned, partially broken experiment, B.9. V-4 was the fourth attempt by Viniertus Lesaelle to create a friendly humanoid bot in order to comfort children who were going through something bad, such as the loss of a family member or friend. However, VL gave up on this one after it failed to speak, despite its voice box being brand new. He placed it against the wall of an alleyway in the city of Yillus, and later went back and took its legs off so he could use them for another, better version of C.B.1. It has long, large arms. Its right arm has a space-like design, and its left arm had a carpet-like design, however, it was washed off by the rain after VL threw it away.
