From reading the comments here y'all's schools sound like hell. It makes my story seem like the average Tuesday. Still, I must share it somewhere.

Once there was a day when someone put rubber ducks all over the school. There were big groups running around hunting for them the whole lunch period. I only managed to find one for myself which I named Bench because it was under a bench. It was awesome though, and a friend and I looked around together. We managed to befriend a few other hunting parties. Whoever the Great Duck Hider is, they sure knew the strangest way to bring a bunch of burnt-out brain-dead high schoolers together.

The downside of the Great Duck Hunt of 2022 was the ducks had squeakers. Worse yet, kids were taking the squeakers out of the ducks and blowing into them with their mouths so they'd be even louder. You couldn't go anywhere in the school without hearing a faint yet constant squeak. The squeaking lasted the rest of the week. I had ASL class right before lunch, and by the end of the period, half the class (all the loud kids) had gone outside and found a duck, and were now blowing into the squeakers. You'd expect an ASL class to be quiet, but first semester we were quite the opposite.

The strangest thing I've seen happen was the two times kids did the one-chip challenge... I thought that was stranger before I read these...

The most f**ked thing that's happened at my school in my two years and a week there is in my first year this kid sold this girl some ketamine and she OD'd in the toilet and was in a coma for three days but that's not important so this girls boyfriend found the dealer and we've got these stairs that go up then turn and keep going so what he did was found him beat the shit outta him then threw him off the bit were it turns over the ledge onto the other stairs then went down and stomoed his head in whilst elbowing teachers in the head who were trying to stop him
