I'm still trying to figure out if theres more than one zapfish. If there is then the zapfish in inkopolis is not the same in splatsville. I also believe that the zapfish from splatoon 1 and 2 are the same zapfish since their located in the same city but just different locations but the one in splatoon 3 is a completely different zapfish because if it was the same inkopolis would have a blackout.
