Yeah, that’s my problem. The only part that logically makes sense is that they would need to have a main base of operations first before expanding. And dragons are normally quick to retaliate against such an attack. Especially with the amount of BS both dragon species can pull from concept abilities. Moreover, to kill a dragon with practically nothing but swords + bows and arrows, all warriors would have to be very skilled. What would be more likely is they would probably begin setting up a port or capital city before anyone noticed. Once a dragon did see them, they would probably become interested in what was going on, maybe call a few dragons/humans over to help investigate, and that would be the initial attack. Which would probably result in the kingdom collapsing before they could even expand. Or they would need to discover something that would allow them to become more advanced than everyone else. Otherwise, logically it doesn’t make sense since they wouldn’t be able to defend themselves without a bow or ballista, and they don’t appear to be advanced enough for anything like canons to work. However, precise shots through the eyes could be an option.
