yes, I've seen videos on it
because they're both in source engine
I typed
] bind"b" "ch_createairboat" so that every time I press 'b', I spawn an airboat.

Bind it to scroll wheel and try to learn to boat boost
There’s a whole portal speedrun where you can only use airboats, not portals
