fix duel links

We need to find a way to get our old players back in the game. Any ideas? New Characters; New archetypes that are meta in TCG/OCG; Or I don't know maybe a new ban list and nerf to REAL PROBLEMS Decks and Skills. NO, THAT'S A BAD IDEA; I AM RIGHT
