I know it’s officially listed as a 001 proposal, but it really should be 000. The Spiral Path is theorized to be the SCP that sparked the creation of The Foundation. (OUTSIDE OF THE MAIN ‘CANNON’ VERSION OF THE FOUNDATION) Anyway, it’s a very interesting SCP, and the link to the official article is here: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/dr-manns-proposal
