so basically it's a normal day at south park elementary, the kids are getting there lunch served, cartman looking at how gross the lunch was decides to go on a food strike, and to not eat or work until they improve the school lunch to his satisfaction

5 days late he invites kenny to his house (which at the time is a hotdog) and his mom welcomes kenny inside, cartman invites kenny to his room saying he has a game to play
after kenny comes inside, he puts some porn tapes he stole a sex toy store to distract him while he slowly eats him
after one hour of porn tapes kenny finally realizes he was being eaten since he was bleeding extremely, and f**king dies (ik this is stupid as hell)
