Chara is evil and so is the player, but flowey said and I quote "Look Chara I finally adapted the way you think, kill or be killed." So yes we are evil, but so is chara.

It's a gray area.
You have to think about it for a while.
Chara's will reflects the player's.
Which bends to evil after a completed erasure of the timeline.
After that point, it's a way of revenge against the player that doesn't allow them to be satisfied with true pacifist afterwards.
You could honestly say that the only evil being is you, as others are justified for their opinions and actions.

Yes I get it and I never said the player wasn't evil, because the player is evil, but what I'm talking about is the ones who say chara was just being kind and setting people free but they murdered everyone along with the help of the player.

Well, no matter what; it's based on how we perceive all of it. There will be different opinions, and they're never totally inaccurate, really. My own view is that they were an accomplice to the player, whether kind or unkind. The further into a route of genocide they got, the more enthusiastic they became about it, which in turn drove up statistics. That's related to how LV works, really. Okay, I'm done again.

Some people just wanna prove that they can do it, which would've been part of my reason. However, the complete change in play style and story dragged me to it. And now I have the file permanently corrupted. Kinda upsetting, considering that I prefer the pacifist route.

Undertale is the only piece of fictional media that has driven me to tears. The two things that did it are genocide and then the saddest, Asgore's death.

There are some specific quotes that really just break ya. I've never actually cried in reaction to any fictional media, but I've gotten pretty close with some scenes, one of those being the betrayal at the end of a neutral route. Of course, I had to keep moving on.

Of course, he can't feel any remorse from it, so why not? Then there's the whole deal where if the player is satisfied, Flowey is down a friend to play with.

Well, it's in the same sense that you run away. You're in the same spot as you were earlier until moving away, which Flowey would have had the time before the encounter screen faded away to go back into the earth. That's all I got. Probably isn't correct but who knows?

One more piece of evidence for my Chara is evil case is Flowey. You and me both know Flowey has no emotion he can't even be afraid, but he gained an emotion because of chara that emotion is fear. Chara is such a sociopath that they made a literal monster who did so many genocides that he just saw everything as a games feel fear. I would say that is pretty evil.

Keep in mind that the "human" that we control isn't exactly Chara, by the way. I understand what you're thinking though.

Remember in genocide flowey says Look Chara I finally have you're way of looking at things Kill or be killed. This implies chara always liked killing creatures therefore they have always been evil.
