So you can build a relationship with him, and you can rely on him when you go through bad times in your life, and be filled with joy, before you go to Heaven to live with him forever, with no worries, sadness, or disease

When I'm mentally troubled or sad, I read the bible, and it really helps me realize how powerful and amazing God is, and it calms me knowing that I'm his child

God never abandons anyone, and if you turn your back on him so quick, your faith in him must've not have been that great.

I've had 2 family members die, I've had 2 mental breakdowns, and several times I felt meaningless.

I looked to God, and he helped me go through it. My perspective was changed. If you truly loved God, and was a child of him, your perspective would've as well.
