These guys are highly trained officers that work for the citadel government, the citadel has only ever trained 20 of them, but they have been known to take down even godly beings, and only 5 were needed, since the citadel is a target for most attacks from godly beings, these guys can clean it up easily, and have sworn to never take down anything that is with the citadel, or to never betray the citadel team, each one of them has been through merciless training and has been specially trained with their own set of weapons, to fit their skill set.
