Floneys generally do not inhabit the Crimsons, because their green "leaves" would easily stand out among the other trees. The existence of Crimson Floneys is unconfirmed and undocumented.

This biome is the only biome where the Crimson Sticklet, a subspecies of the Sticklet with red stripes and feeds exclusively on the sweet sap of the Crimson Tree, can be found.
