Aperentally the marionette was supposed to be a male but becuase of charlie (whos a girl) the puppets a female now! And Lefty is male so.

That’s correct but since Henry made it to capture Charlie(to burn her to set her free) I think he would’ve made lefty a girl. But, that’s your opinion so I won’t argue
