It's like a weird forest that is full of vines and almost always covered in fog and really tall lush trees ( I call it the obscured zone)

Yeah basically

I don't have a scientific name for it yet cause I'm going to need suggestions. But the climate must be at least somewhat warm or somewhat cold and it's is wherever there is a small amount of wind and it rains often but only during the day.

Have Phantom Figures attacked any rovers or drones?

They haven't attacked but have disassembled them out of curiosity
