Do you use any filters for your sunrise shots? (ND filter perhaps?)

No I do not. I get asked that a lot, I just use good ole Auto for those. Most important is timing when its low in the sky you get the most colors and they change very quickly you only have a couple of minutes to get your shot. The most interesting ones are when clouds and contrails are involved.

When you say auto though, do you mean the “auto” mode on your camera? Or like auto iso, or auto white balance.
