We cannot have an entire branch of government that answers to no one. There is no check or balance in sight. Executive, Legislative, Judicial--and then the WeThePeople are supposed to be the counterbalance, with the Press (aka, The Fourth Estate) to hold all accountable. That was before fake news.

True, but right now I don’t think there is any department that is not being controlled by the corrupt politicians in office…
The answer is not to pick and choose which ones to investigate
