you can unblock the majority of sites (as long as it's a blocking method meant for classrooms and not workplaces (a.k.a. not blocked using Cisco umbrella)) using google sites

What if they block google sites

1) most schools, especially middle/junior high and high schools, use google sites for SOMETHING, so it won't be a total block, just individual blocks
2) just don't use it really frequently and it's quite likely you won't get caught. Most blocks are due to it distracting students from classwork, so if you're just using it in your free time you'll likely be fine
