Orpheus Grimshard is the son of the hotel owner, making him the manager. He is 17.

In mage (mage is a general term for all magic users in the story) tradition, when a mage's child turns 14, they must either stay in their home and learn the path of magic their family had chosen and passed down or leave home and seek a mentor who could teach them the path of magic they want to learn.

Orpheus wanted to learn necromancy (death magic) and seek a mentor, but his mother didn't allow him to because necromancy is a very powerful magic and she fears that her son would overpower her. So she forced him to stay and work for her in the hotel.

He continued studying and practicing necromancy in secret.

Orpheus occasionally sneaks out of the hotel to meddle with the non-magical world. He secretly likes superheroes and manga.

One day, after sneaking off into a graveyard to practice magic, he bumped into Juliet as she was walking home from school. In the accident, he dropped his ritual dagger (ritual daggers are a very important tool for necromancers since blood is often needed for spells), so Juliet follows him into the hotel to return it.

So I got most of my art tips from Pinterest and youtube, there's a lot of art tutorials online. Just look them up.

My suggestion is to try a few, and if it works for your artstyle, good! Keep doing that. If it doesn't really work, keep finding something else that suits you. Don't get discouraged when you make mistakes or when you think you aren't improving. I'm actually still learning too.
