Whats a Flicker?

It’s a type of woodpecker. I would say they are a medium sized one compared to a pileated woodpecker, which is a large woodpecker.
*I actually just noticed that kewlew accidentally put the wrong type of woodpecker. This is actually a red-bellied woodpecker. It’s mostly found in the eastern half of the US. Red-bellied Woodpeckers are pale, medium-sized woodpeckers common in forests.
