Most people gonna automatically assume gender and sex are the same thing, since it’s always been see that way up until modern times. So when people go like “I’m a girl she/her/they/them” people gonna be confused or they’re gonna assume they saying they referring to being a biological female and stuff, when that “girl” or whatever could just be referring to gender.
