There is a maximum of 60 cards per deck, and you would still need energy to attack, along with having a max of 10 Sirfetch'd, assuming you have 50/60 of your cards be Sirfetch'd, if you had no energy to attack, you could theoretically have up to 10 Sirfetch'd that cannot attack.
