They're biologically 3 genders. Male, Female, and a mix of the two called Intersex where a few people are actually Born with both male and female parts. The genders the LGBTQ Community are talking about are just Identities and are not Real biological genders.

Some kids when In the first stages of the embryo stage they start forming limbs from the Cell growth Gene called Sonic Hedgehog. Sonic Hedgehog plays a role in cell growth, cell specialization, and the normal shaping (patterning) of the body. Now sometimes, These embryos have more Sonic than they're supposed to. So sometimes they can get two of the same reproductive system or no reproductive system. Now sometimes Sonic Plus DNA Equals a Dna Malfunction. That means that some kids can be born with Both male and female Reproductive Organs even though they have no twin. :)
